doing some research on leader I choose
and guess who?
I choose HIM
his name is Dahlan Iskan,
59 years old man from Magetan,
and I'm totally admired him :)
he is the CEO of Jawa Pos, one of the largest media group in Indonesia
and now he currently hold a position as a CEO of PLN ( Indonesia National Electricity Company)
no, no , no
he's not just another guy who success and take over the world
no, he's more than that
He's the one I believe as "agent of change"
yeah, you probably keep hearing those words especially when you entered College World
Dahlan Iskan successfully change the company he involved in
the best part is,
it become better
I know, he said that he already made hundred of mistakes
but yet, for me
he's truly an inspiring leader
there's a lot , whoops, thousands, err, millions of successful guys in this planet
but, again
I just think he's not just another successful man
he's more than that :)
thought I still dont know what "it" is
but, since the first time I saw him in Kick Andy show, when he was talking about his liver transplantation
I already saw "something"
I dont know,
I see some kindness, humbleness, something that makes me comfortable and like him
he definitely my inspiring leader :D
and I hope someday .. in the future.. I gonna be like him
